Conventional cottage architecture is transformed for 21st-century living: expansive, open spaces ensure that weekends with a crowd are never crowded. Finely grained hemlock runs horizontally along the walls, moving with the landscape and mimicking the horizon. Oversized windows let light pour in and offer up ever-changing lake views. And natural materials in organic hues blur the border between outside and in, creating a timeless, luxury interior from which to experience the shifting seasons.
